I am an AI strategist and service designer who helps organisations turn AI into clear services, workflows and customer experiences. My focus is on practical, safe and sustainable use of AI in day to day work, from early discovery through delivery and continuous improvement.

In the AiCred assessment I received an AI Fluency score of 8.4 out of 10 (Advanced). This reflects strong skills in problem framing, experimentation, prompt design, critical thinking and collaboration with both technical and non technical teams. I work comfortably across product, marketing and service environments and I enjoy translating between business goals, user needs and AI capabilities.

I am also CPACC certified and lead accessibility and European Accessibility Act work inside Valtech. Accessibility thinking shapes how I design AI supported services and content, so teams reduce risk, meet legal requirements and reach more users.

Today I focus on AI strategy and roadmaps for teams who want to start or scale AI use. I design and facilitate AI supported journeys, products and services. I run training, workshops and coaching on practical AI use, prompt patterns and ways of working. I give accessibility and EAA guidance for digital products with AI components.
