Marc Pozzuoli

Marc has a 20-year track record of growing small businesses. Early in his career, he was employee #1 at a startup that grew to over $7M in annual revenue in a few short years, leading operations, technology, and customer service. More recently he was the Vice President of Information Technology at a $100M national service organization. Along the way, Marc participated in both buy and sell-side transactions and multiple successful team exits including a nearly $500M private equity deal. In 2020, Marc founded an SMB management consulting practice that quickly gained traction helping growing companies operate smarter. With the launch of ChatGPT in late 2022, he recognized immediately that this wasn't just a new tool but a fundamental shift in how businesses would operate, compete, and scale. He began integrating AI into his own practice, using it to work faster and deliver better outcomes for clients. The results were hard to ignore, and so were the questions from the people watching him work. By late 2024, he formalized what had become an organic extension of his practice and added AI training and advisory to his services. Marc doesn't just advise on AI, he builds with it. He has personally designed and deployed a suite of AI Agents and workflows, including a transcript pipeline that converts meeting recordings into structured project files with action items, decisions, and risk logs; an intelligent email sorter; a meeting briefing agent; a daily brief agent; and a content generation system that produces branded content from transcripts and frameworks. These aren't proofs of concept, they're tools he has deployed to enable leaner, faster operations. Marc maintains the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, is Scrum Master Certified (SMC), and is a Certified DevOps Leader. He enjoys delving into the details and deeply believes in Productive Conflict: he will engage in difficult conversations and is happy to disagree and commit. He loves to cook for and entertain both friends and family. He is happiest with his wife Jenn and their daughter Arianna traveling to new destinations.
