I am the CEO and founder of Bizzuka, an AI consulting and training firm based in Lafayette, Louisiana. I am also the author of INGRAIN AI: Strategy Through Execution – The Blueprint to Scale an AI-First Culture, a comprehensive guide on implementing AI at scale while fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability. My goal is to help businesses scale the responsible, strategic use of AI and retain as many jobs as possible.

As an AI Strategist, Consultant, and Trainer, I help businesses transform their operations and cultures by teaching their employees how to develop, implement, and execute AI strategies at scale. In 2023, I developed two groundbreaking frameworks, the AI Strategy Canvas® and Scalable Prompt Engineering™, to help front-line and back-of-the-house employees achieve AI Fluency in record time by simplifying their understanding and operation of AI. These frameworks help organizations develop an AI-first culture where AI is seen as a powerful assistant rather than a threatening opponent.

Our frameworks are now used by forward-thinking organizations like Kimball International, the Nuclear Energy Institute, leading universities such as LSU and Tulane, and technical colleges like Unitech Training Academy. I'm passionate about providing students with immediately employable AI skills and helping employees become infinitely more valuable and satisfied in their roles.
