I’m an AI product leader with 20+ years of experience turning emerging technology into products people trust, adopt, and pay for. I work at the intersection of product strategy, applied AI, and business transformation—connecting technical possibilities with real customer problems and measurable outcomes.
As co-founder of Pilot & Pixel, I help organizations move from AI experimentation to production use. I designed and deployed a retrieval-augmented generation system spanning more than 2,000 proprietary documents, now used daily by an enterprise leadership team. My work covers the full product lifecycle: use-case selection, model and vendor evaluation, prompt design, retrieval tuning, evaluation, guardrails, user experience, governance, and adoption.
Previously, as Senior Director of Product Management at Zonar Systems, I led a large enterprise portfolio spanning SaaS, IoT, mobile, and AI-enabled products for regulated fleet customers. I shaped AI-driven video telematics products by defining detection requirements, confidence thresholds, review workflows, and user experiences that made automated decisions understandable and actionable. One implementation for a Fortune 100 customer generated more than $20 million in annual operational and litigation savings. I also helped reposition an underperforming product line, reducing churn from 80% to 20% while doubling deployed units and customer revenue.
Earlier in my career, I led product organizations, advised executives and private-equity-backed companies, founded and operated a consumer business, and managed software products and partnerships at Intel.
My particular strength is translating between worlds: executives and engineers, models and markets, experimentation and durable operations. I believe successful AI products require more than capable technology. They need a clear problem, trustworthy behavior, thoughtful governance, strong product judgment, and a path to sustained adoption.
